Setting Goals and Self-Accountability.
Define where you are going and hold yourself to it. People leaders learn to set stretch goals, measure them, and keep an honest account, so that they can ask the same of their teams.
- For
- People leaders, and anyone who wants to break away from business as usual.
- Format
- Two days. In person or live virtual.
What it is for.
It is hard to get where you want to go until you have defined where that is. Clear goals direct time and resources to where they matter most. A leader who cannot set stretch goals and hold themselves to honest account will not get a team to take accountability seriously.
Participants set the destination and put it into a mission statement, decide what is measured, and define the time frame by backcasting from the goal. They assign accountability for every part of the goal and set up the tracking of performance against it.
