Who we are
This site is run by Fulcrum Point Sustainability Consulting Co., Ltd., 129 Datian Road, Jiafa Building, 5F, Room 5G, Jing’An District, Shanghai 200014. For anything in this policy, write to us through the Strategy Call form.
What we collect
When you send the Strategy Call form, we receive what you put into it: your name, work email, company, role, your message, the format you picked, the size of your company if you give it, and how you found us. That last question is required, because it is how we credit the people who send clients our way.
With the form we also receive where your visit began: the address of the page that sent you here, the first page you opened on this site, and any campaign tags or lead reference in that link. Your browser holds this for the length of your visit, or for ninety days if you allow Personalisation in the cookie settings. It leaves your browser only if you send the form.
If you arrive from the Sustainability Directory, from a search engine, an AI assistant or social media, or on a tagged campaign link, the site also sets one cookie named fp_src. It remembers where you came from and the time for ninety days, so an inquiry you send later is credited to the channel that brought you. It holds nothing about you, and only this site can read it.
Our web host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested, and the time. We use them to keep the site secure and running.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, to scope a Strategy Call, and to know which of our channels brought you to us. We act on your request and with your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us.
Where it goes
Your message is stored in this website and sent by email to Lorne Cousins and the Fulcrum Point inquiry mailbox. The companies that host our website and our email process it on our behalf.
If your visit began on the Sustainability Directory or one of its channels, we send the operator of the Directory a short record that an inquiry arrived: the date, your company name, the format, and the link that brought you. It does not include your name, your email address or your message. We do not sell personal information and we do not pass it to anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep an inquiry for as long as the conversation it started is active, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent. Write to us through the Strategy Call form and we will reply within fifteen working days.
Cookies
